We accept returns on most new, unused, and unopened items within 7 days of delivery.
To be eligible for a return:
Final sale, clearance, intimate wear (e.g., underwear), and certain hygiene-related products are not eligible for return or exchange.

We accept exchanges for the same item in a different size or color, subject to availability. Please contact us within 7 days of delivery to request an exchange.
If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us within 5 days of delivery. We will gladly replace or refund the item at no additional cost to you.
