Return and Refund Policy

Gina LaRue Return Policy

At Gina LaRue, we want you to love your purchase. If something isn’t quite right, we’re here to help make it right.

1. Eligibility for Returns

We accept returns on most new, unused, and unopened items within 7 days of delivery.

To be eligible for a return:

  • The item must be in its original packaging.
     
  • The item must be unworn, unused, and unwashed (if applicable).
     
  • Proof of purchase (order number or receipt) is required.
     

Final sale, clearance, intimate wear (e.g., underwear), and certain hygiene-related products are not eligible for return or exchange.

2. How to Initiate a Return

To start a return, please contact our customer service at:

Please include your order number, the item(s) you wish to return, and the reason for the return.

3. Return Shipping

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item was defective or an incorrect item was sent.
     
  • We recommend using a trackable shipping method and keeping your receipt.
     

If your return is approved, we’ll provide instructions for mailing the item back.

4. Refunds

  • Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you by email.
     
  • Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.
     
  • Shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.
     

5. Exchanges

We accept exchanges for the same item in a different size or color, subject to availability. Please contact us within 7 days of delivery to request an exchange.

6. Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us within 5 days of delivery. We will gladly replace or refund the item at no additional cost to you.

7. Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven’t received your refund:

  • Double-check your bank account.
     
  • Contact your credit card company or bank (processing time may vary).
     
  • If it’s been more than 10 business days, please contact us directly.
